Arrival at Guwahati airport received and transferred to Kaziranga NP (distance 240 kms / 05 hrs) for overnight at Kaziranga.
After breakfast drive to Kohima (254 kms / 05 hrs). Reach Kohima check into hotel and after refreshment to explore the local market and in and around. Overnight at Kohima.
After breakfast visit Kohima village the 2nd largest village in Asia and bear a witness of the 2nd World war bullet marks on the wall. Next visit the State Museum where one will come across a good representation of Naga attires and way of life. Lunch at Tuophema. Post lunch walk around the village and head back to the lodge for an evening cultural program. Overnight at Tuophema.
After breakfast -With packed lunch drive to Mokokchung- the headquarter of the Ao Nagas. They are known for their colourful attires and are regarded of having the most motifs shawl among the Nagas, which usually speaks the person’s status in the community. En route get introduce to a Rengma Naga village TSEMINYU one can also collect their souvenir as we will see fantastic local weavers in this village. Picnic lunch. Drive to Longkhum village (Ao village) which was known as the vanguard of the Ao region during the spear and dao era. As the village is situated at 1586 mt. above sea level we can see some part of Himalaya on a clear winter morning. Depending on the time of arrival, explore Mopunchket village bamboo forest. Overnight at Mokokchung.
After breakfast, drive to Mon – located at an altitude of 897.64 meters above sea level is the land of Konyak Nagas, they were one of the great warriors among Nagas. Afternoon go for a walk through the Mon Market. Overnight at Mon.
After breakfast Visit Longwa village which directly borders with Myanmar. As a proof to this the International boundary line divides the Angh’s/chief house. Explore the village meet the local people, if luck favours one will get to see tattooed people which directly shows that they are real man of those days, during headhunting days, see the massive wood carving in front of the Morung pillars on which motifs of tiger, elephant, hornbill, human beings etc. On our way back, to Mon, visit Shangkhachingnyu village meet the local gun- smith, step in the Angh’s house see the animal head trophies on the wall. Overnight at Mon.
After breakfast we drive to Tinsukia, lunch at Dibrugarh. Overnight at Tinsukia.
After breakfast drive to Sadiya Ghat AND CROOS THE RIVER AND DRIVE TO Roing (40 kms / 02 hrs). Overnight at Roing.
After breakfast attend the opening ceremony of Reh festival at local ground. Overnight at Roing.
After breakfast attend the Reh festival and after an early lunch we drive to Adi-Padam and AdiMishmi tribal villages and explore the colourful festival at their villages. Overnight at Roing.
After breakfast we drive to Pasighat (141 kms / 05 hrs), we have to cross three small rivers by country made boat and drive pass through Mishing Tribal villages and Bora Villages and reach Pasighat. Overnight at Pasighat.
After breakfast drive to Aaloo, en route visit Galo tribal villages and Hill Miri (now Nishi Tribal) villages. Reach Aaloo and check into hotel and overnight stay at Aaloo.
After an early breakfast drive to Daporijo (180 kms / 06 hrs), en route visit Nishi and hill Miri tribal villages. Reach Daporizo and rest for lunch. Then we can proceed to Raga to enjoy the Boori Boot festival. Overnight at Raga. DAPORIJO: It is the headquarter of ‘Upper Subansiri district’. It stands at an elevation ofaround600metersfromsealevel.Daporijo inhabitants go on to have belonged to Hill Miri, Adi Gallong, and Tagin tribe.
After breakfast attain Boori Boot festival and explore the raga Village. Then after lunch we proceed to Ziro (50 kms / 03 hrs). Overnight at Ziro.
After breakfast full day visit the Apatani tribal villages, evening local tribal dance. Overnight at Ziro.
After breakfast at Bomdila drive to Tezpur (290 kms / 07 hrs). Overnight at Tezpur.
After breakfast drive to Guwahati ( 180 kms / 05 hrs) for connect flight to onward destination
